Returns at PhoneBase are accepted only for items in their original, resalable condition with all packaging intact, and must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason provided. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges, and exchanges may be offered at PhoneBase’s discretion. Certain items, such as used or damaged products, are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by PhoneBase. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, and refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. PhoneBase reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
