Purchased 2 different cables for mobile phone. Very good price with discount added, and free postage. Both received promptly. One was wrong (my fault as I selected wrong one), so when I telephoned they were very helpful. I returned incorrect cable and they refunded straight away. I will definitely use Phonebase again.

My old Samsung cable had died, so this was just what I needed. Fast delivery from Phone Base and helpful aftercare service - when I emailed to ask why it wasn't 'fast charging', Phone Base replied quickly and advised I needed a plug that supported fast charging (I'd switched my Samsung plug for another, and had forgotten), which solved the problem.

The cover is excellent, although not the colour I expected! I am partially sighted snd the actual colour when it arrived is too dark! I have placed a colourful sticker on itin order for me to find my phone.
