I purchased the cable and a new adapter together. Great prices and service. Unfortunately there was some sort of fault with the adapter. I double checked everything. I wasn’t sure if it was the adapter or cable that was at fault. It was the adapter. Telephoned the company. Spoke to a really nice chap. Explained everything. He was actually online raising a new order for a replacement adapter as we spoke. Received it within the week. I had used the company before. They are my ‘go to place’. Very happy with them. The cable is great. So is the adapter. Many thanks.
The wire didn't work in any of my cars but does fast charge at home, the customer service was really good hence 4 stars

It's genuine Samsung lead. Tried a few different cables to get connected to my android auto Sat nav just didn't work.
Only this lead resolved the problem and can use my Sat nav in my car. Brilliant product, highly recommended.
