Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.

I had a speed problem with my new tablet and after several emails with knowledgeable support they managed to resolve the issue as it was a problem with my old router. Now Its replaced , everything is way better, not just the tablet. I also have to commend the response turn around time to my emails, which was really fast.
